Senate and House Continue to Conserve Legislative Days

Local Tax Increment Financing Bill Approved by General Subcommittee of House Finance, Ways and Means Committee

House Bill 2231 / Senate BIll 2175, the "Uniformity in Tax Increment Financing Act of 2012," was approved by the General Subcommittee of the House Finance, Ways and Means Committee and is scheduled for action in the full committee on February 21.  It passed the full Senate on February 9.
